Tinker Swiss Cottage was designed by George Bradley, founder of Bradley & Bradley Architects. Built in 1869 for Robert Tinker, a leading businessman of the time, this 26-room frame home is a two-story Swiss-style cottage and sits on a high bluff overlooking Kent Creek.

This building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is currently a historic house museum.
