The firm designed grand Victorian at Perry Creek, a 54,000 square foot senior living community that offers eight distinct studio apartment floor plans. The building features a computer center, library, chapel, movie theater, fitness center and lush landscaped grounds and walking paths.

Lofty porches, seating pockets off the corridors and a grand, open sitting room encourage social interaction and a sense of community by providing varied, public places to meet.
